Scrolling Sidebar Tabs
Currently the Sidebar Tabs are squashed with the height of 3dView.
We need the posibility of scrolling across the tabs, like this.
In fact, the properties editor already behaves the right way.

Another solution would be to show the full tabname horizontaly when hovering over the tab
