Want suggest to easy Convert linked files as append by contex menu (RMB) on object or outliner/blender files (link to linked) to made files like as append procedure from File menu.

what's the point in adding features if people don't read the manual
Sure, but it would be nice to also have that in the outliner as well IMHO. That's a place where you perform assets management, after all.
