Switch windows prefix+arrow keys

Shortcut to switch between window splits (blender's "areas"). For example, a custom key combo (e.g. Ctrl+x) + arrow keys to focus cursor on a different pane.

I think that it would come in handy for example when switching between outliner and 3d view or 3d view and python console etc.
