Image textures seperate file
Ok, so first of I don't know if this is possible, but can blender make a separate file in which the image textures are copied and saved in the root folder or bundled with the project itself , because everytime I relocate a file I need to apply all the image textures again

You can pack all external files into the .blend file and then unpack them after you move the file. They will be unpacked to the same folder as the .blend file.
Another alternative is to use absolute paths instead of relative paths. As long as you don't move the textures you can put the .blend file anywhere and it will still find the textures.
