Grease Pencil - Box/circle/line/polyline tools need some adjustments

Issues:

1. Circle and Box drawing doesn't enable the shape after releasing the mouse button. You have to press enter to enable the adjustment.
2. Shift and Alt scaling that you can do while drawing a circle/box, you can't do that in the adjustment mode after you release the mouse button.
3. You cannot undo or redo adjustments in the adjustment mode, which will be an issue in polyline editing especially.
4. You can move the shape in the adjustment mode, but you cannot in the draw mode.

How to fix:

1. Add a toggle "auto-enable shape" or such to skip the adjustment mode, so you don't need to press enter to enable the shape or cancel it by pressing esc/right-click.
2. Give shift and alt scaling for adjustment mode.
3. Make it so you can undo and redo anything you do in the adjustment mode.
4. make it so you can move shapes around while holding CTRL or space button before mouse release.

Fixes 1,2 and 4 together compliments each other so well where you don't need to have the adjustment mode at all and just quickly make the shape you need instantly without any additional button presses that make the workflow slower and less smooth. No need to move your hands all over the keyboard and mouse.

In the adjustment mode also it would be good if delete key also cancels it like esc or right-click. It feels like "I'm going to delete this selected shape".
