Ability to limit CPU usage in render engine cycles for mid-range computers
Blender is available for free for everyone to use, but in my opinion, people who use weak computers also like to show their creations to everyone.
In my opinion, there should be an option to limit the use of cpu for rendering engine cycles, it is true that the rendering speed will decrease, but these audiences can use this software and its features without worrying.

You can already select the amount of cores to render with, and your operating system probably can let you set Blender's process priority at any time.
In the "render" tab. Go to Performance -> Threads Change from "auto detect" to "fixed" And then enter in how many you desire to use.
I normally set my own to use 1-2 threads fewer than the CPU has available. I have fund this to be more stable in general over auto detect.
