Break Animation by Restriction toggles

Righ now the Animiation icon not have any Restriction toggles.

The proposal is to Break Animation by Restriction toggles as hide/disable in viewport, which minds any movements around time line not impacting for object, not moving, etc.

I think that under Animation where outliner showing Actions can be each keyframe to make "silent" from changes some values maybe. Then on time line icons like "wireframe" only.
