Loop Cut Tool for Nurbs Surface (Inset Segment)

Loop cut (Inset Segment) would function so that the inset segment in the Nurbs Surface object would have nothing with the edge slide, the Loop Cut (Inset Segment) Tool menu would have only Number of Cuts (Number of Inset Segments) and Factor: IMG_20230830_202321.png

I will always push for better NURBS interoperability in Blender. It would truly open up so many more workflow possibilities for those of us who also work in design and engineering packages, and need to quickly pass things back and fourth.
