Blender windows toggle "always on foreground"
It would be amazing if we could have that option for a toggle that Blender Windows always on foreground.

Personally I let the OS manage these kinds of things. It's native in Linux (and also OS X I think?) and Windows have it via downloadable Miscosoft PowerToys:
