Snapping to Grid - missing feature ;)

I would like to give my feedback on missing feature, which is common in practically any other 3D software, which is "Snapping to Grid" I really miss it in Blender. ;)

As has been stated, for moving objects, vectors, edges, and polygons "snap to increments + absolute grid snap" does indeed solve most snapping to grid needs in 2.8. Though it would be nice if tools such as the Knife and Bisect would snap to the grid for precise positioning. I am sure a few other tools would benefit from a snap to grid option as well though.

Snap to increments + Absolute Grid Snap in 2.8 pretty much accomplishes that.

Would be good to have a custom grid option like Affinity Designer: youtu.be/K29oanzQshA

Although I think that incremental snapping and snapping to grid should be to separate options. I would like to thank you both (dcb.creative and uBu) for the explanation, It was very helpful As I'm fairly new User to Blender and some time things are a little bit confusing.
