Show short-cut key on tools tooltip
it's not as pretty, but makes it easier for people who are new to blender or using it infrequently and not remembering the keys.

Seems that Blender 2.90 shows the shortcuts.

This would be nice, but the shortcuts don't activate these tools, so it would just be misleading.
* @h.goudey * That is true, but I believe the beginner friendliness is worth the trade-off of being a bit misleading.
* @hemdrup * patching up thing with misleading stuff is sign of bad UX, it will never make things more beginner friendly. Good a UX is easily understandable not leaving confusion in the user. Good UX is when u push/grab/do anything the outcome of that action is what u expected to happen initially before u pressed the button.
