remember user's operator presets for importing models

Hi

It would be usefull that the user's operator presets for importing models (in any format) are remembered each time you import a model. If you click the '+' and add a new operator presets, it's not loaded when you import another model because it always return to the default operator presets. Now we must select our saved operator presets over and over again when you want to import another model.

Therefore Blender should remember the last used user's operator presets and load those each time again (until you choose another operator presets) instead of loading the default operator presets.
