Proper RBG to BW node
RGB to BW is nice and all but it is very lacking I was thinking of giving it the options of a typical converter. RGB values for an example. You can adjust it as if you are using the photoshop version.

You can assemble such node by your own. Mixing 3 channels in 1 is simple task.
