N panel transforms on multiple objects - please make Blender more intuitive
Please allow unified transforms on multiple objects from the N-Panel. The Selected Object/Active Object system is confusing and frustrating. It needs to be optional and simplified.
Blender is quite unintuitive for the part time user and new users (I work in CAD for months before coming back to Blender). I never had these issues in CAD, C4D, 3DS Max etc. Too much energy goes into Blender workarounds.

I don't get this proposal. I find selected active object system very intuitive. Especially when animating/rigging etc. But even if I didn't I don't get what you are suggesting here at all. Can you demonstrate from C4D, 3DS Max what you mean to contrast?
I think the user want to select multiple objects, and when changing the location/rotation/scale values from the side panel, it would apply to all items, not just the active element.
If this is the case, this can be done by holding down the alt-key, but these keys commands are not intuitive for beginners.
That can be done with holding the ALT key but I guess thats not intuitive thats true.
