VSE: Add Width and Height properties to the Color strip
It's pretty common in video editing/compositing software for "solid color strips" to have Width and Height properties to adjust the dimensions of the strip. Unfortunately the Color strip in the VSE doesn't have that setting. So if you need to have a Color strip with precise dimensions you basically can't. The workaround to adjust the dimensions of the Color strip is to play with the scale values which is just guesswork.
So the request is to add proper Width and Height resolution properties to the Color strip settings (in pixels), for perfect accuracy. ✌

What should be default values? 64x64? The problem is as far as understand that it is not possible to reset values to something other than numeric. So I would provide buttons to set it to render size
