Get rid of 'Remove from local view' as >m< replacement
I propose to get rid of the annoying 'Remove from local view' dialogue when pressing >m< while in local view.
I think especially since 2.8 collections have so much more importance than layers ever had, so having this essential function made harder to execute in local view really doesn't help.
Maybe this is the wrong platform but it might be easier to get visibility and voting here, compared to the User Feedback forums.

Yeah, this annoys me a lot too, there is no technical reason to not allow this since managing stuff outliner still works as usual even when you are in local mode.
I want to put this command on another key and also add a command like "add objects selected in outliner to the current local view" to this menu.
