"Fill" option for Mesh to SDF Grid node

There are occasions when it is necessary to compute an SDF grid for the entire interior of a mesh. Currently, the only way to do this is to set the Band Width high enough to cover the whole interior. Identifying the necessary Band Width value can be difficult, and this method also generates a large external band which is expensive to compute.
It would be helpful if a "Fill" boolean input were added, to cause the node to compute the full interior grid, while continuing to use the Band Width input for exterior regions.
