Grease Pencil Modifier: Noise Scale & Dimension Controls

One very handy use for the Noise Modifier would be giving the appearance of hand-drawn line boil as in this animation: Line Boil

The issue with the current implementation (in the image below) is that the Modifier only seems to affect the dimension perpendicular to the stroke direction as in the below animation. The noise also only produces a very regular result (like a triangle waveform):

It's my belief that this effect would look much more more like real line boil if:

  1. the noise could be scaled.
  2. the factor of the stroke points could be controlled independently for both dimensions: X,Y.

yup, maybe this could go under "extra options" under the modifier. (Unless it's seen more beneficial to have a whole separate lineboil modifier, which would also be interesting). I kind of like how the noise modifier is right now in 2022-2023 so far, I can get a lot out of it, but it definitely needs a few more options in general.
