Really? You want to try to model, sculpt, shade, rig and animate on a 5-6" phone screen?
On a small smartphone screen, no. But on a tablet, that would already make a huge different. I already use Krita on mine, I wouldn't be displeased to have Blender too for some grease pencil or 3d animation.
Though it would probably need a lot of GUI work to make the UX decent. Right now, Blender is really keyboard heavy, enough so that left-handed me with a graphics tablet need to use tricks to not spend my time switching between the keyboard and stylus.
