make optimising geo nodes easier

It's necessary to inspect how long each section of a node tree takes to calculate when optimising geo node networks, but because the timings are only shown at the bottom left of the layout frames, it requires a lot of panning around the node tree to find slow areas, and even worse, if you want to inspect the total time the entire node tree takes to calculate, you have to add a layout frame around the entire tree. This is problematic because on a large tree you need to pan away from the nodes you're working on, all the way to the very far bottom left of the editor to see the effect.

I propose that the overall time stays static at the top left of the node editor so it's always visible.

Another nice addition would be to have a timing panel in the n panel which lists all of the layout frames and their timings (sorted longest to shortest), and then clicking on them would navigate to that panel in the editor.

A workaround is to open a second geo node editor and leave it positioned at the bottom left of the parent layout frame 👍
