Paint Palette Access on Top Bar as in GPencil
In current GPencil, we have access to the current color palette when choosing a color in the color picker up top in tool settings.
I propose that this same access be added to the other paint modes.

I would love if we even had it as a separate option. Like the asset shelf or on a sidebar.
