Page up/Page down option when scrolling through materials

The "Browse material to be linked" drop-down (Shading tab, shader note editor) could use something like the use of the Page Up and Page Down keyboard keys to make it quicker to scroll through a ton of materials. Yes, you can type in the first letter or use the wheel. However, when there are numerous materials that all begin with the same characters, this can take be time-consuming.
