What would be the usecase?
My use case is visually identifying which verts were affected to determine if I got the desired result or not.
Currently you can make selections with the selection input on the node. If you want to visualize this, you can add a branch from MBD with a Mesh to Points node and then use a join geometry to display it alongside the main geo.
E: You could also add a Set Position after the MTP and plug the index into one of the axes of the offset to space the visualization out a bit. Then set a Math node set to multiply on that line to adjust the scaling.
