Blender Sculpt Tools Proposal
I have some good tools to propose when sculpting a mesh. Sorry to not give any visuals, I will add them later.
-Blur/sharpen whole mask with just one button
-Grow/shrink mask
-Lazo deselect mask (in addition to lazo select mask)
-Lazo hide vertices
-Extract mask (like zbrush). I mean, when you have a masked section of the mesh, you could be able to generate another mesh from that mask, with some thickness
-Separate masked to another mesh
-Separate vertices groups in sculpt mode, to easily hide, unhide, mask different groups of vertices (like polygroups in zbrush). Also it could be nice to have a feature to color every vertex group differently
-Easily transforms parts, to be able to change pose of the character (transformation tools in sculpt mode, I know this can be done in edit mode, but switching to this mode and transforming lots of vertices is very slow)
-Layers for sculpting
-Save current sculpt state, to be able to return after some more sculpting, if something goes wrong
-Boolean tools to work with sculpting
-In dynamesh mode, when some part of the mesh overlaps another part, it should be able to merge
-In dynamesh, it should be able to make holes when sculpting in the mesh
-In dynamesh, Symmetrize tool always applies to the whole mesh, I think it should do this on the unmasked vertices only, so it could be some parts that are symmetrical, and some other parts that aren’t
-The grab brush should have a feature to only move vertices connected to the main vertices that are been moved. This way, you can avoid moving vertices nearby that belongs to separate sections of the mesh

this will push sculpting in blender to a whole new level
Yes to all of this especially for the sculpt versioning. Can I add a suggestion to also add mesh caching like how the Multiresolution modifier for saving the sculpt data externally? And implementing versioning for this too.
I'm closing this proposal. Many suggestions from here are by now implemented. But overall I'd discourage making "Wishlist" proposals. Keep it to a singe self-contained feature idea or project. Giant feature lists are impossible to manage on this site.
If you want all of this... buy zbrush. Really even the names you took are from zbrush. What you want is a second zbrush for free and i dont think this is what blender should attend (except for the fact that it would improve blender in some ways i have to admit)
@finnlheinemann: But that's exactly the point we want such a toolset for free. The fact that blender can do all of these amazing things and it free is what blender is all about. To giving anyone access to high-end tools so that they can make professional art without the restriction of having to spend hundreds of dollars!
This is really a bunch of proposals bundled into one. It would be better to separate these into individual proposals so each could be addressed, discussed, and tracked separately.
@Jason van Gumster: Yes, maybe. But I think anyone can pick any of the proposals and discuss it, because they are all related
