Enable anchored stroke method to work with dyntopo

I got an artist here asking why Stroke Method does not work with dyntopo. She is using it to stamp textures in a mesh, and wanted it to add details where needed, but it will only modify existing topology.

To use it now, the mesh must have enough geometry to achieve necessary details. Its not hard to add more, but it's few more clicks.

I found a post asking for the same thing. They mention that it is resource intensive to reset and re-apply dyntopy during anchored stroke preview, but that is dependent on computer and current polycount. blenderartists.org/t/dyntopo-doesnt-work-with-anchor-stroke-types/1135482

If live preview of dyntopo anchored is not feasible to implement , it should still generate topology when user release mouse and apply anchored brush.

I like this idea, seems like something to add to the new Sculpt Improvement branch. I do want to say, though, that you'll generally get better performance from multi-resolution. The sculpt improvement branch has a really cool volumetric remesh, that makes it easy to go from Dyntopo to multi-res in a few clicks. By the time you're adding textural details, you'll probably be done making big changes to the shape, anyway.

Zbrus is not doing it also. Blender would have an edge on that.
