Ability to auto-merge or slide vertices away during Inset/Bevel with clamping off
Often I want to bevel or inset past the clamp point but I don’t because the amount of work in fixing the issues that creates is significant - so I just make do with the space I have.
If there was an option to auto-merge of push the vertices with clamp off, possibly with a variable threshold as the operation crosses new edges it would be such a massive improvement and give so much more flexibility.
There isn't always a loop that you can edge slide on either side. Maybe you're actually trying to create the loops with the inset/ offset but the space is too small. You want to go past the clamp without increasing workload massively.
- Just found this video from mechmachine where he showed something similar to what I had in mind, though apparently it still isn't out yet and the video was posted a year ago. This would open up a lot of possibilities with the flexibility.

this is what I need to have . No more retopo after boolean to add bevel to it.
