Better navigation in Tracking panel. (quick timeline jump between trackers)

Hello! :) My proposition is to add possibility to quick jump from last tracked frame to current, for better manual alignment. (In gif I'm showing how that was resolved in SynthEyes).

Also maybe someone knows about implementing possibility to solver zoom (variable focal length) into Blender? :)
