Ability to copy/save image to clipboard
I think it would be beneficial to have a copy to clipboard feature for renders so you can quickly paste them into other software.
The main reason I would want this is to send images quickly over platforms like Discord without taking the time to save the image and bloating up your folders. It could also be beneficial when pasting it into editing software such as photoshop for prototyping stuff.

I've always wanted and needed this, its annoying to save something you don't actually want to save but paste it into Discord or such.
On the Windows platform we can now copy and paste to/from clipboard in the Image Editor. projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/105833
Feels like it would be no big deal to implement ...
