Left side drop down menus
As a right-handed pen display user. I would like to have the possibility for the drop down menus to open to the left. So that the hand does not cover the menu.
Attached simulated example.

Funny, as a lefty I have a lot of things I wish were horizontally-reversable as well.
I'm curious to know which ones. For example, panels N and T? In the end, I think interface and accessibility have to go together.
Scroll bars are a big part of lefties nightmares. Menus that appear on the left of the cursor, like the right-click one.
I was thinking exact same think as soon as I tried to open the menu on my wacom cintiq, and the menu ended up obscured under my hand. This is a must for any tablet screen user.
I just got a tablet to use with blender and within 10 minutes I was looking for this same thing. You would most likely need the top bar menu to be justified to the right, so that sub-menus can drop down to the left side.
