Properties Panel Tab buttons should expand like Tool Buttons
Sometimes it's easier to see texts than to see icons in the Properties panel. So an option to expand the buttons to reveal the texts should be very useful.
Blender can already do that in the Tool buttons and Preferences window. So i guess it will make much sense to do it in the Properties Panel too.

Also when the mouse is over the tab column there should be keyboard shortcuts for switching to each tab. The lower tabs should be 1-8 and the upper tabs should be shift+1-8
