Input values from numerical keybord for vectors

As a user when moving or rotating object I see the vectors for axes xyz or other (arcs, etc.). Want easy set values from numerical keybord. So want double click these vetors or arcs to open input field to type values from numerical keybord. Now after one click and push we can move vectors by mouse, and double click is not used for vectors. In my opinion this can be more helpful. Alternative can be spacebar key pushed to open input when mouse cursor is focused on vector (can be fast blinked or something to show focus). In tooltip can be info: press space bar or double click mouse to put values for vector. Values can be with units and these can be any of available. If object have more inputs then can be filed, eg. clicked x vector, can input y or z (eg. by tab?).
This same can be for axis snap, zoom (need info about scale), move on view (need information about cordination).
