Workspace for public feeds

Thought it would be nice to have a workspace where you could go to check "all things new in the world of blender". There could be a default feed, and then "add feed" functionality to include whatever you want. Community members could maintain their own feeds on some server (of their own maintenance) that users could link to, and/or possible even subscribe to (paid).

that would violate this statement

Blender respects your privacy, no registration is needed, no connection to the internet is made if you decide to install and use Blender. Blender does not need internet to function properly.
