Bake Modifier (in Graph Editor)
This idea stems from practical problems I have in the Graph Editor.
As an animator I love the Noise modifier for curves, but once I use it for a section of my animation I can't then use it on another section.
It's one section-only. :(
My proposal is the ability to Bake the section of the curve I've used a Noise Modifier on so it frees up the Modifier for other sections.
Please upvote if you think this would be useful.

If I understand, your main issue is this:
Thing is: you can add as many modifiers you want. You can even copy and paste the modifier, which effectively makes a copy, and then you can set a different frame range to that copy.
That being said, it would be nice to have a way to "Apply" fcurves modifiers the same way we can apply object modifiers.

You are terrific. You're always commenting with helpful information and this is perhaps the best example of this.
It worries me that to learn about a feature in Blender I need to come up with a solution to whatever problem I'm having at the moment, then suggest the idea on Right-Click Select, only for someone (you) to point out a feature I didn't know about.
Surely there's an easier way to learn, right?
Firstly, thank you.
Secondly, I'm delighted to hear that I can add a modifier the way that you described.
I just tried it an it works great.
I'm tempted to remove my post, but I still like my Bake Modifier button, but now it's far less important to me whether it happens or not.
If it happens, great.
If it doesn't, no big deal.
Again, thank you so much for being an excellent commenter on Right-Click Select.
Stay awesome.
Not a problem, if you propose something Blender already got, all it means is that Blender is even Better than you thought 😉
You can always edit your proposal to make it more fleshed out towards the idea of being able to apply curves modifiers in a more user-friendly way, and with the added ability to bake only the part in the modifier's own frame range. It's not a feature "required" for animators to be able to work, but it can definitely be a big quality of life improvement.
