Move tool options
Tools like rotate, scale and move have very empty top toolbars. Maybe it would be better if the pop-up parameters were moved to the toolbar instead to keep the 3D workspace cleaner?

We don't want to have the options for some things in one place and for other in a different place. Consistency is key.
@luisburdallo: But all other tools duplicate the options in the toolbar and the side panel. The sculpting brushes are one example
