Outset rework suggestion

On the image bellow i have posted the current behavior of the outset tool and the suggestion of his new behavior. The current behavior isn't usable because it overlaps connected faces, the new one create new faces in the continuity of the selected faces, it is more similar to a scale. I also suggest an option to deleted the inner face.
