In-Betweens submenu of Object menu

I propose an In-Betweens submenu of the Object menu in Object Mode, similar to the existing In-Betweens submenu of the Pose menu in Pose Mode. It would be used for object transforms instead of bone transforms. Accordingly, the operators would be named without the word pose (for example, "Relax Transform to Breakdown" or simply "Relax to Breakdown"). The Object Mode equivalent of the "Blend Pose with Rest Pose" operator is to blend with the identity transform.
