OCIO color management support

I use various apps and like to have OCIO installed system wide so I can use the same color transform across apps. In Blender the OCIO transforms show up but baking doesn't work and there are probably other problems I haven't run into. If there is a fix for this please let me know otherwise I would love to see better support for OCIO. opencolorio.org/ I'm talking about opencolorio obviously.

Blender already uses OCIO. If it's not doing something correctly, that is a bug that should be reported.

* @Josephbburg * Noted. I guess I'm trying to figure out if it is a bug. I know blender comes built in with filmic and stuff. But if I install OCIO system wide with an environment variable it overrides blenders built in color management and that's when blender's baking functions don't work.

* @Benjaminshurts * Can you give me instructions to cause the problem? I want to see if I can reproduce it. Then if I can, one of us can make a bug report.

* @Josephbburg * Yeah download opencolor io. Then install it systemwide as an enviornment variable. Then open blender and try to bake something.
