Outliner: toggling restrictions on parent objs should affect child objects

As the title says. I find it strange that if I disable the visibility of the parent, it should too disable visibility of it's children and greys out the icon.

On one hand, I understand it's great to be selective, but assuming I want a one click mass feature, it's more painful if I have alot of child objs. I also expect holding alt should affect all child objs too.
