Frame Selected Channels should Frame the Whole Curve.

If you use the option to frame selected channel and the end frame in the timeline is before the keys it will cut off the Curves and frame only the keys within the range as shown in the demo.

Add an option to the keymap operator to ignore this and just frame the curve regards if the keys are within the timeline range or not.

My goal is to map this to LMB so it can both select and zoom the whole curve when selecting the channels, resulting in a faster workflow and not needing to do two actions seperatly.
