Symmetrize from 3D cursor (Edit mode)

With addon like HardOps, you can symmetrize selected mesh on edit mode with flick gesture, sometime the part of mesh I want to symmetrize are not in the center of mesh origin and it would be nice if we also able to symmetrize from cursor Screenshot (67).png

Even better, it would be nice if the Symmetrize operator could follow the Transform Orientation and Pivot Point options. That would be even more powerful.

In 3D space, relative to the cursor - the plane of symmetry would be ambiguous.

we could do pick target something like "base point snapping" when blender 4 introduced, basically something like select some mesh, pick a point, and flick where you want to symmetrize, hopefully able to snap the angle to certain degrees.
