Brush radius and strength by speed, not only by pressure
Can we implement brush speed for devices that have no pressure input? eg touchscreen, tablet

implemented in adobe apps, autodesk sketchbook, lots more

faster is smaller depending on which brush
just like pressure can affect radius and strength

How exactly would this work ? faster = bigger radius ?
Do you know of other software where this is succesfully implemented ? This sounds to mke like a good idea on paper but which wouldn't work well in practice.

Krita has it, Clip Studio Paint has it, Photoshop has it, Affinity Photo has it, I'm sure GIMP probably has it; it's a very common brush dynamics attribute in painting software.
Typically the brush size becomes smaller the faster you drag the brush and you can configure a minimum size so that the brush doesn't totally disappear for fast movement. As with all other brush dynamics, it is an optional feature. Also some painting software lets you invert this if you want so that the brush gets bigger the faster you move it.
