Inset Tool: status line prompts and F9 hotkeys

Currently (2.82a) the INSET tool is lacking in Status Line prompts.

Some tools have extensive Status Line prompts (see image for Rotate) - it would be consistent and useful if Inset had some, plus the toggle hotkeys for its F9 menu, as other tools have.
