What do You mean? Text generation is language agnostic. You just have to use font that supports language You wanna use.

For UI and tooltips there is that site: translate.blender.org/projects/blender-ui/

Hindi sits at 4%

If You know Hindi and other already supported language to sufficient level, You can help to improve it by contributing Yourself. There is no other way to improve it than for someone from community to do it.

So if You have a moment and wanna help with Hindi, go to that site and translate some texts. But read guide first.

What exactly isn't working now? Blender does ship with the "NotoSansDevanagari-Regular.woff2" font so all these characters should be available, and they seem to display correctly. We have a Hindi translation. It isn't very complete but it just needs more native speakers to contribute to it.

We do have some display issues with Devanagari scripts that won't be resolved until we add complex font shaping. There is work on that but the review process might take some time. projects.blender.org/blender/blender/pulls/150170
