Shift+Ctrl+C Works Only in Pose Mode, Not in Object Mode。

since the Shift+Ctrl+C shortcut is also feasible in Object Mode without causing any shortcut conflicts, I believe it should be included as a default system shortcut for the Object Constraints function in Object Mode. Although users can achieve this through custom settings, integrating it into the software's native features will make the operation more standardized and convenient, and better align with users' expectations for default system shortcuts.
