Curve to Tube modifier: add Square profile and ability to scale profiles.

The Curve To Tube modifier is a huge step in the right direction. To make it even huger, I'd like to see additional profile options, particularly square and round rectangle, and the ability to scale the 2D profile on each axis to create a custom rectangle. It would also be great to be able to set a bevel on the corners of the profile.

Yes, I know this can be done now, but the point is to make it quick and simple.
