Do not automatically change the name of the nodes.
Some nodes like Mix change their name when you change the mix mode. As a teacher this confuses students a lot. A generic and invariable name such as Blend Color would be less confusing, and why not, in parentheses the type of mixture.

Changing it to "Mix: Multiply" would help both teachers and users. In complex node trees, it's common to have most nodes collapsed. Yellow = Color, Title = Multiply is pretty easy to tell what's going on without having to manually expand the node, or manually name each one
* @Zach Hixson * Perhaps it could revert to the current state when collapsed, as to keep it simple for users with such complex trees. But "colour Blend" title when it's expanded.
