show name of modified images

i really love this feature that blender shows ask if i wanna save the modified images but in this scenario i have modified one image but the other i did not wished it has a show more arrow.

that shows the name of the modified image that is getting saved for example- bunny.png and panda.jpg so i can deselect the image

its not that big of deal cause i can still go back and see the images which i modified just a little life improvement :)
