Indestructible Workflow

When you add e.g. a sphere in C4d, Maya, Houdini and other 3d packages you are able to change the amount of segments also after creating the object as long as no major transforms or changes are made.

In Blender you only can change them when you're just created the object.

I think Blender should also have this ability to keep up.

Use node of GN.

This is the mesh that is adjusted by parameters of c4d max. But if you need to edit further. You'll still have to convert to an editable grid. It's like applying a modifier (GN) in a blender.

Maybe we could add a quick GN (cube ring etc) item to the Add mesh menu.

add mesh

cube

cube(GN)

ring

ring(GN)
