Scene Building and animations in VR
I just wanted to throw out an idea that would help Blender going into this next generation, which is being able to do 2 things in VR. Take an existing project with some assets in it, and load it onto VR device. There, a newly developed app would allow you to scene build and animate with all the same blender feel. You'd likely want to do it in an open area that you could physically walk around, so you'd need something like that "room view" (or whatever they call it) where you laser beam your room essentiallly to get it's data for tracking, and let you know where you are still "in bounds" of your defined area (not sure if that functionality is device level or api level). Then you could walk around and say "put the object named apple1 here" (tapping your finger while saying that), "put the object named Listerene1 here", and just build out the scene very quickly. You could rotate and scale your objects as well. This could be written in javascript/typescript using three.js, AR.js, arkit and the like (babylon, etc) and deployed to a website, oc. Just an idea - don't shoot the messenger. please, don't shoot the messenger.

So you're basically asking for blender to add a holodeck.
And what exactly is your proposal here? Currently it's too vague, basically a blender scene exporter + external app in which you can do level design? I'm sure you find a suitable software combination for your needs by googling and trying a bit; maybe the addon Freebird XR is for you?. Just a reminder, this forum is for blender feature proposals -> concrete ideas for blender, not big picture plans for 3D design in general. So maybe narrow down your proposal a bit..
You mean the room walkable borders from oculus to prevent collision? Or actual room mapping?
So voice and gesture recognition? I believe that may be too complex to fully implement. But feel free to try out :D
