Rename `crl + h` "Hide Collection" to "Isolate Collection"

When pressing ctrl + h a popup "Hide Collection" appears, however the effect it takes is to hide all other collections than the selected one. This makes blender appear buggy and hard to understand.

Another name e.g. "Isolate Collection" or "Hide collections except..." would be a better fit.
